Phuket is an island — carriers route it differently from the mainland, bridge or not. For now we ship tracked parcels from Thailand. Same vials, same batch checks, a bit more transit time.
Phuket is tracked post for now — not local delivery like Bangkok. Message us on WhatsApp with how many vials you need and roughly where you are: Patong, Old Town, Chalong, Rawai, Bang Tao, Cherngtalay, all fine. We tell you what's in stock, the batch and expiry, the total, and when we can get it to the courier. Tracking stays in the same chat. Most parcels arrive in one to three working days — sometimes a day longer in high season when island carriers are busy. If the carrier stalls, message us — we'll follow up with you.
Orders are handled directly in WhatsApp. Tell us your area, how many vials, and how you'd like to pay. We reply with a clear total. Pay by PromptPay or Thai bank transfer in the same chat. Once payment is confirmed, we pack and send tracking. Repeat orders are usually three messages. If you need it by a specific day, say so upfront and we'll pick a shipping day that avoids a weekend delay.
We confirm batch, expiry, and label on WhatsApp before dispatch — what we confirm in the chat is what's in the box. Same 10ml bac water as Bangkok, same sealed storage. Phuket goes by post for now. We're working toward faster delivery on the island, but tracked post is what we offer today.
First order takes a few more messages — area, quantity, timing. After that it's usually quick: confirm, pay, ship. Same WhatsApp thread throughout.
